Pre-season is a key part of our calendar and is where the foundations are laid for the upcoming season. Players take part in a detailed programme including training sessions, guided Strength & Conditioning in the gym and a number of friendly games against local teams to improve our match sharpness before the season starts. It is mandatory for all players in the club to partake in at least 2 weeks of the programme. The dates for the 2020/21 season are yet to be decided but will be posted here in the coming weeks.
